Warranty FAQ

What voids the warranty?

Unauthorized modifications (cutting frames, non-approved lifts >6"), water damage from submersion, commercial use beyond rated capacity, neglect of basic maintenance (tire pressure, brake adjustment).

Are wearable items covered?

Tires, brake pads, batteries (lead-acid), bulbs, and filters are maintenance items. Lithium batteries have separate 10-year warranty.

Can I use my own mechanic?

Warranty repairs must use our authorized techs or approved shops. Unauthorized repairs void affected components. We have 50+ partner shops across US/Canada.

Is the warranty transferable?

Yes! New vehicle and lithium warranties transfer to the next private owner. Just notify us within 30 days of sale with new owner info.

What about rust/corrosion?

Club Car aluminum frames: lifetime. Steel frames (some utilities): 5-year perforation. Surface rust from chips/scratches not covered — touch up paint promptly.

Do accessories void vehicle warranty?

No. Our installed accessories (lifts, wheels, enclosures, audio) don't void the vehicle warranty. They carry their own 1-2 year warranty.
